Job descriptionConduct business analyses, decode industries, and prepare financial / operational reports. Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage. Build models, dashboards, and frameworks to support data-driven decision-making. Translate strategies into execution roadmaps; manage timelines, KPIs, and outcomes. Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and finance. Support business operations and ensure smooth delivery of consulting engagements. Interact directly with CXOs and client leadership teams. Facilitate communication between client departments and consulting leads. Provide exceptional client service and become a trusted point of contact. Contribute to internal growth projects for Sahay’s consulting practice. Support proposal development, new service design, and internal process improvements. MBA (Tier-2 B-School preferred) Strong analytical and financial skills ; ability to decode business problems with clarity. Experience in finance or business operations (internship / full-time) is a plus. Outstanding communication & presentation skills (English + Hindi / Gujarati preferred). Strong customer service orientation ability to build trust and deliver value. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders . Entrepreneurial hustle : ownership, accountability, and readiness to deliver under pressure. Compensation : Base salary up to ₹75,000 / month (depending on interview performance), plus performance-linked incentives . 360° Consulting & Execution Exposure : See projects through from boardroom to implementation. CXO-Level Access : Work directly with decision-makers shaping industries. Mentorship : Learn under IIM alumni. Fast-Track Growth : Clear pathway to leadership roles.
