Department

The Department of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of York has been a centre of excellence in teaching and research for over fifty years. Role

We are looking for two Student Services Administrators to join our Student Services Team. One position will be part of the Applicant Experience team and the other role is in our Academic Programme Delivery team. You will be working with academic staff, students and professional support colleagues to support the applicant journey or undergraduate and postgraduate programme delivery. The postholders will need strong communication and interpersonal skills and be highly organised.

Skills, Experience & Qualification Needed

  • Level 2 qualification including Maths and English. (Qualifications at this level include five GCSEs at grade A
  • C / grade 4-9. Please view the full list.) We also welcome applicants with equivalent non-UK qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
  • Planning and organisational skills, e.g. meetings and events
