Position Overview
As a Management Trainee, you'll work closely with the brand team to ideate, execute, and analyse campaigns that bring Mahina's voice to life. You'll gain hands-on experience in brand campaigns, influencer collaborations, and creator-led storytelling. This is a ground-floor opportunity to learn how a new category in India is being built, with direct involvement in shaping culture, content, and conversations.
Key Responsibilities :
As a Management Trainee – Marketing, you'll rotate across different areas of Mahina's fast-growing marketing function. Expect to :
- Campaign Execution : Support planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns across social, digital, and offline channels.
- Influencer & Creator Partnerships : Assist in identifying, onboarding, and coordinating with creators and influencers who align with Mahina's brand voice.
- Content Coordination : Work with creators to develop briefs, track content delivery, and ensure brand tone and campaign goals are met.
- Trend Spotting : Keep a pulse on cultural and social trends to inform campaign ideas and influencer strategies.
- Reporting & Analytics : Track performance of campaigns and influencer content, prepare reports, and share learnings with the team.
- Cross-team Collaboration : Work with design, performance, and growth teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Brand Building : Contribute ideas for making Mahina's voice bolder, more empathetic, and relatable to our audience.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in accountmanagement, creative agencies, influencer marketing, are welcome.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategic partnershipsKey Attributes :
