Role - AD Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities :

• Manage cases submitted on Salesforce to build out campaigns.
• Develop an amicable customer relationship / experience on every case submitted.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through proactive communication on cases handled.
• Build accurate, valid, and complete campaign / ad groups / ads by using the build tracker provided.
• Follow processes defined to ensure smooth turn around of cases and track progress on them.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
