Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager, located in Rajkot. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the entire quality assurance process, ensuring that all products meet the company's high standards. Daily tasks include developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, coordinating with the production team, and handling customer feedback regarding product quality. The manager will also be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Inspection skills
• Experience in developing and implementing quality control processes
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in the industrial or automotive manufacturing sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
