The scope includes :

Operational & Technical Support : incident management, troubleshooting, and SLA compliance.

Functional Support : Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules.

Cybersecurity Advisory : MFA, RBAC, SSO, monitoring, and compliance alignment.

Audit & Reporting : monthly activity reports, quarterly audits, and continuous performance improvement.

Oracle Coordination : managing and maintaining all Oracle Service Requests.

We are specifically looking for certified Oracle Fusion consultants and technical experts with experience in :

Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules

Workflow optimization and system integration

Azure AD, MFA, and Single Sign-On

Cybersecurity frameworks and compliance practices
