Implements robust mfg. processes

Line balancing,cycle time study, line set up and target study

Cycle time reduction , set up time reduction & cost reduction activities

Handling & setting of precision instrument.

Vendor developmemts for critical automation of fixtures & process.

Pokayoke implementation.
