We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Project Manager to drive the growth and operations of our AI Speakers Bureau. This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, globally minded, and passionate about technology and innovation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, partnerships, marketing, or events — prior experience in a speakers bureau is not required.

• Manage the end-to-end operations of the AI Speakers Bureau, including expert outreach and event coordination.
• Develop partnerships with conferences, corporations, and global institutions to identify speaking opportunities.
• Coordinate and onboard AI experts, ensuring smooth communication and engagement.
• Collaborate with our marketing and podcast teams to design promotional campaigns and branded content.
• Support the creation of proposals, partnership decks, and communication materials.
• Assist in developing CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for tracking experts and events.
• Prepare regular performance reports and updates for our leadership.
