🌍 We’re Hiring :

Client Success Engineer – Implementation

Full-time

On site, Hyderabad

As a Client Success Engineer, you will own the design and execution of scalable technical solutions during complex client onboarding and late-stage sales engagements. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, bridging discovery and delivery to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise clients
  • Develop and manage complex implementation plans
  • Handle technical integrations (APIs, data feeds, FTPs) and advanced troubleshooting
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements
  • Build enablement materials such as guides, webinars, and documentation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles (SaaS / Implementation / Solution Engineering)
  • Strong expertise in API integrations (REST, SOAP), data feed formats (XML, JSON, CSV), and FTP protocols
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and HTML
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
