SOP Governance Lead

Role Overview :

The role is responsible for driving operational excellence across Antara by designing, standardizing, and governing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and leading continuous process improvement initiatives. The incumbent will ensure that all functional processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with Antara’s brand promise and regulatory standards.

1. SOP Design, Implementation & Governance

• Develop, review, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments.
• Standardize processes across business, ensuring alignment with Antara’s brand promise, regulatory norms (NABH, HSSC, QAI), and audit standards.
• Manage SOP version control, dissemination, and compliance tracking across facilities.
• Conduct periodic reviews with functional heads for SOP effectiveness and relevance.
