Shift-Rotational shift
Handle user management – creation, deactivation, role assignment, and permission management.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards .
Respond to tickets, incidents, and service requests within agreed SLAs .
Perform data management activities – data import / export, deduplication, mass updates using tools like Data Loader.
Monitor integrations with other applications and coordinate with technical teams in case of failures.
Assist with configuration changes (page layouts, profiles, flows, process builder, approval processes, etc.).
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and business stakeholders to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Generate reports and dashboards for business stakeholders as per requirements.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and provide recommendations for leveraging new features.
Maintain documentation for support processes, configurations, and knowledge base articles
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
