Digital Retail Warehouse Coordinator

Job Title : Warehouse Manager (E-commerce)

Location : Udhna, Surat

Working Hours : 9 AM to 7 PM

Salary Range : ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required : Minimum 6 months (E-commerce preferred)

Shiv Textiles is a women’s clothing brand selling across major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Meesho. We specialize in ethnic wear and are expanding our operations with a strong warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations for e-commerce orders
• Oversee inventory management , stock counting, inward / outward entries
• Ensure smooth daily order processing across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Meesho
• Handle returns, RTOs, replacement orders, and claims
• Coordinate with packing team and ensure timely dispatch
• Maintain stock accuracy in Excel and marketplaces
• Communicate with marketplaces for issue resolution
• Track order flow, delays, and stock shortages
• Maintain cleanliness and proper product handling in warehouse
• Report daily stock and order status to management
