QA Engineer (AI & Integration Focus)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with 3+ years of professional experience in testingAI-driven solutions, AI agents, and data validation within integration-focused projects. Theideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA processes, hands-on testingexperience, and the ability to verify data integrity across systems. This role will involvetesting AI workflows, end-to-end integrations, validating data exchanges with externalsystems, and ensuring high-quality releases.Type : Part Time (~10 hours / week)Monthly Compensation : INR 20,000Key Responsibilities

• AI Agent & Workflow Testingo Test AI agents for accuracy, performance, behavior, reliability, and alignmentwith expected business outcomes.o Conduct prompt testing, regression testing, and scenario-based validation ofAI conversational flows and decision frameworks.o Validate model outputs against defined acceptance criteria and business rules.
• Data Validation & Verificationo Perform data verification for end-to-end integrations, ensuring data accuracy,completeness, formatting, and transformation correctness.o Validate ETL / ELT data workflows between multiple systems.o Perform database-level validation using SQL or equivalent tools.
• Integration Testingo Conduct API and system integration testing between internal and externalsystems.o Validate messaging, payloads, error handling, and data consistency acrosssystems.o Document test scenarios, test cases, and test results for multiple integrationtouchpoints.
• QA Documentation & Reportingo Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test execution results.o Prepare reports highlighting defects, testing progress, and quality metrics.o Work with development and product teams to drive resolution and ensuredelivery quality.
• Automation (Preferred)o Contribute to automated test script development for repetitive AI, data, or APItesting scenarios.o Work with automation tools for continuous testing execution (optional butpreferred).Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in Software Testing.
• Hands-on experience testing AI implementations, including AI agents, LLMworkflows, or conversational systems.
• Strong experience with data validation and verification across integration projects.
• Solid understanding of : o Functional testingo System integration testingo API testing (REST / SOAP)o Test case design
• Proficiency in querying and validating data using SQL or similar database tools.
• Experience working with defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, orsimilar.
• Ability to design structured test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Nice to Have
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman scripting, RobotFramework, Playwright, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI testing frameworks, synthetic data analysis, or LLM evaluationtooling.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) or integration middleware.
• Understanding of software development processes – Agile / Scrum.
