Job description
  • As an Angular Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of front-end developers in the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications using Angular. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, UX / UI designers, and project managers, to deliver highquality solutions that meet our clients needs.
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead the development and implementation of web applications using Angular.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers, UX / UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are current and competitive.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Requirements :
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Angular developer, with at least 5+ years in a lead role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • In-depth knowledge of Angular frameworks (Angular 17+).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of front-end build tools and testing frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Preferred Qualifications :
  • Experience with additional front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js).
  • Knowledge of back-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
