Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition & Business Development :
Identify and target potential B2B clients across industries like automotive, packaging, footwear, etc.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base in the Gujarat region.
Sales & Revenue Generation :
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct client visits, product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and tenders.
Account Management :
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide after-sales support and resolve any product or delivery-related issues.
Market Intelligence :
Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and strategies.
Collect market feedback and relay product improvement suggestions to the technical or R&D team.
Reporting & Documentation :
Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and visit reports.
Submit regular sales activity and forecast reports to the Sales Head.
Key Requirements :
Education : Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with a background in textile engineering, polymer science, or industrial marketing.
Experience :
2–5 years of B2B sales experience in technical textiles or industrial products.
Strong understanding of the Gujarat industrial landscape.
Skills :
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Self-motivated and target-driven
Travel :
Extensive travel within Gujarat
Occasional travel outside the region for training or corporate meetings
