Junior Civil Engineer

As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting site supervision, data collection, progress tracking, and reporting for our AI-driven pilot projects. Responsibilities

• Support daily site monitoring and ensure construction activities align with project schedules.
• Assist in data collection through drones, 360° cameras, and manual inspection for AI analytics
• Measure quantities, verify work progress, and report deviations
• Prepare daily progress reports, material tracking sheets, and documentation for project dashboards
• Coordinate between contractors, senior engineers, and product teams
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management or related field Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software Experience with AI and data-driven decision making is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
