About the role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Back End Developer with a strong command of PHP (Laravel or Symfony) and Java (Spring Framework) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing APIs, developing across both PHP and Java.

Position Title : Back‑End Developer PHP (Laravel / Symfony)

Location : India (Remote)

Job Type : Full Time

Job Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Laravel / Symfony and Spring Boot.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to deliver high-quality applications.
  • Build RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between services.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex application issues.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs as required.
  • Ensure security and data protection compliance across systems.

Technical Skills Required : Core :

  • Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel or Symfony)
  • Solid experience with Java (Spring / Spring Boot)
  • Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns
  • Additional Skills :
  • Good knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQL
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and microservice architecture
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React / Vue preferred)
  • Experience with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and Docker
  • Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP is a plus
  • Understanding of unit testing and automated testing frameworks

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience with PHP and Java
  • Proven experience building and deploying scalable web applications
