Executive Assistant Job Opportunity
Seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to provide administrative support in a remote work setting.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing client communication, scheduling, and backend operations.
- Client Communication : Manage WhatsApp interactions, share reminders, and handle follow-ups with professionalism.
- Calendar Management : Organize calendars, book client calls, and ensure timely reminders are sent.
- LMS and Technical Support : Assist students with access issues and provide basic technical support.
- Social Media Posting : Publish content across social media platforms as per the provided content strategy.
- Administrative Tasks : Maintain and organize Google Drive, Google Docs, and spreadsheets for reporting and record-keeping.
- Project Management : Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- General Assistance : Provide support with ad-hoc tasks, presentation preparation, and backend organization as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory if skills are proven).Prior experience in virtual assistance, admin support, or marketing support.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Excel, and basic online tools.Tech-savviness and ability to quickly learn new platforms.Familiarity with social media platforms.Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Benefits of This Opportunity
