About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.Js, and AWS Serverless architecture to design, develop, and scale high-performance web applications.

You’ll be a hands-on technologist who balances architectural vision with practical implementation — leading technical decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring code quality across frontend and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.Js.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver robust technical solutions.
• Define and review technical requirements for clarity and feasibility.
• Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
• Build and maintain AWS Serverless infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront).
• Develop APIs, middleware (auth, caching, feature flags), and schema-first systems.
• Work with DynamoDB and relational databases using Liquibase migrations.
• Enforce code quality through reviews, testing (Vitest, Playwright), and automation.
• Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and promote best engineering practices.
