Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong TypeScript & JavaScript expertise. Deep knowledge of React (TSX) , state management , and component-driven UI design . Experience with Vite, Vitest, Playwright , and workspace configurations. Proven record designing serverless backends on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront). Strong background in Infrastructure-as-Code (Pulumi with TypeScript) and environment management. Familiarity with authentication / authorization , SSO , SAML , and OAuth . Experience with automated testing, Git workflows, and code review best practices. Comfortable collaborating with design teams (e.G., Figma) and applying UX / HCI principles.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.Js, and AWS Serverless architecture to design, develop, and scale high-performance web applications.
You’ll be a hands-on technologist who balances architectural vision with practical implementation — leading technical decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring code quality across frontend and backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.Js.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver robust technical solutions.
- Define and review technical requirements for clarity and feasibility.
- Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
- Build and maintain AWS Serverless infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront).
- Develop APIs, middleware (auth, caching, feature flags), and schema-first systems.
- Work with DynamoDB and relational databases using Liquibase migrations.
- Enforce code quality through reviews, testing (Vitest, Playwright), and automation.
- Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and promote best engineering practices.
