Key Responsibilities :
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Develop social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
- Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to suggest and implement improvements.
- Optimize content using SEO best practices to improve visibility and engagement.
- Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments / messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in content writing and social media management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.Preferred Skills :
Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).Basic graphic design or video editing skills.Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.Skills Required
