Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for 2-3 Performance Marketing Managers to own and scale paid acquisition across channels. You will drive growth through data-driven campaigns, optimise CAC, and build measurable, repeatable acquisition engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise performance campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, UAC, LinkedIn , and other paid channels.
• Own full-funnel user acquisition : from audience strategy to creative testing to landing page optimisation.
• Drive ROI / CAC efficiency with continuous A / B testing, bid optimisation, and funnel improvements.
• Build, analyse, and present campaign performance dashboards — daily, weekly, monthly.
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and reporting with complete ownership.
