About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI / ML models and solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in machine learning, model optimization, and real-world implementation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in cross-functional teams, mentoring others, and turning complex business needs into intelligent, scalable AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • AI / ML Model Development : Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve high-impact business problems.
  • Research & Innovation : Lead and contribute to AI research initiatives and stay updated on emerging trends in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • System Architecture : Architect and scale AI models for real-world applications and performance in production environments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to embed AI into scalable enterprise products.
  • Data Engineering : Handle large and complex datasets; perform preprocessing, feature engineering, and augmentation to maximize model performance.
  • Mentorship : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers and foster knowledge-sharing within the team.
  • Optimization : Apply techniques like quantization, fine-tuning, model distillation, pruning, and GPU / TPU acceleration to optimize performance.
  • Deployment : Use MLOps tools and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to automate and manage AI model deployment pipelines.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI / ML model development and deployment.
  • Expertise in Python and at least one ML framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and model lifecycle management.
  • Proficient in big data processing, optimization techniques, and production-grade model performance enhancement.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Practical experience in NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, Fine-Tuning, and Generative AI

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD for ML, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools for AI services.
  • Understanding of ethical AI practices, model fairness, and data privacy in deployment environments.
