Job Title : Senior Operations Manager

Location : Sarkhej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary : Up to ₹50,000 CTC

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations for our city / region. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in last-mile logistics, team management, and operational excellence within the quick commerce or e-commerce sector.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and daily order fulfillment targets.
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and fleet management.
Ensure compliance with city-level logistics, insurance, and vehicle requirements.
Lead and motivate on-ground teams including Operations Leads, Executives, and Fleet Managers.
Manage petty cash, invoicing validation, and financial reconciliations.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure SLA adherence.
Monitor rider engagement, performance, and retention initiatives.
Collaborate with HR, Admin, and Tech teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

Requirements :

Education : BE / Diploma (Graduate / MBA preferred)

Experience : 6–10 years in operations, logistics, or supply chain, with minimum 4 years in last-mile delivery management.

Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Proven ability to manage large teams and city-level logistics operations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
