Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Specialist to support and enhance our newly implemented Oracle Global Cloud Management (GCM) solution. This is a net-new position dedicated to managing and optimizing Payroll functionality within Oracle HCM Cloud , acting as the primary subject-matter expert for Payroll integrations, configurations, and issue resolution.

Key Technical Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Oracle Cloud Payroll modules (Core Payroll, Costing, and Balance Definitions).
• Develop and maintain configurations using HDL / HSDL , HCM Extracts , Fast Formulas , BI Publisher , and OTBI .
• Support payroll processing and reconciliation across HR, Compensation, and Payroll modules.
• Implement and document payroll-related integration flows via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PL / SQL procedures .
• Validate accounting, taxation, and deduction rules , ensuring compliance with U.S. Payroll standards.
• Prepare for full Payroll cloud functionality enablement targeted for 2026 rollout .
• Create test scripts, manage regression testing, and perform root-cause analysis for payroll discrepancies.
