Performance Specialist

Key Requirement for the Position

• Experience : 2+ years in managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and / or Microsoft Ads.
• Certifications : Google Ads Certification required; Microsoft Ads Accreditation preferred.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of keyword match types, bidding strategies, remarketing, and shopping campaigns.
• Knowledge of tracking and attribution models.
• Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate it into optimization actions.
• Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and client interaction.
• Detail-Oriented : High attention to accuracy in campaign execution and reporting.
