Description : Position Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support strategic decision-making across our academic and administrative departments. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights, helping improve student outcomes, optimize operations, and support institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal systems (e.g., student performance, attendance, enrollment, surveys).
Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports for school leadership and academic departments.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic planning and continuous

improvement initiatives.

Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.

Collaborate with academic teams to evaluate curriculum impact, program effectiveness, and student progress.

Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with education data regulations (e.g., FERPA).

Assist with grant reporting, accreditation data, and performance audits as needed.

Support training of staff on data tools and best practices for data usage.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills - ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.

Experience working with education data or in an academic environment is a plus.

Preferred :

Masters degree in a relevant field.

Experience with Python or R for data analysis.

Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) and learning management systems (LMS).
