Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Time and Labor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in end-to-end implementations and a solid understanding of HR processes, solution design, and configuration.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor modules.
  • Conduct business process analysis , gather requirements, and design effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support business rules.
  • Prepare functional documentation in line with AIM / OUM methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Minimum 4 full-cycle implementations as a Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Fusion Time and Labor module.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of AIM / OUM methodologies .
