Job descriptionHands on experience in managing enterprise platforms like D365 (Commerce) and using X++ to implement solutions Experience working with System Integrators and Managed Services Providers to effectively manage ITIL processes Good exposure to implementing enhancements to existing system processes and adding new functionalities Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience managing D365 Commerce Relevant certifications for D365 is a must

Key responsibilities include :
- Responsibility for projects involving implementation, testing, designing, upgrading, and changing D365 FinOps modules
- Working alongside Level 2 Support team and being the escalation point on D365 related issues
- Ensuring effective reporting basis agile principles and ensuring best usage of resources
- Working constructively with other team members to support a collaborative culture
Skills Needed
The successful candidate will undertake and manage all activities involved in the management of enterprise platforms being rolled out under the customer’s Transformation program.
