Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Pre-School Head to join our educational institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our pre-school division ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to our young students and fostering a nurturing environment that promotes academic excellence and social growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills a deep understanding of child development and the ability to communicate effectively with parents teachers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the pre-school division setting strategic goals and objectives to drive academic excellence and student growth
• Develop and implement curriculum frameworks that align with national and international standards
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes social-emotional learning and character development
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver engaging and effective teaching practices
• Communicate regularly with parents through various channels including regular updates parent-teacher conferences and open houses
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the pre-school division
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and implement innovative approaches to enhance student learning
• Develop and maintain relationships with local communities schools and organizations to promote partnerships and collaborations
