Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring smooth execution of development projects.

Oversee end-to-end technical delivery, from architecture to deployment.

Work closely with the founding and product teams to align technology goals with business objectives.

Guide the team in problem-solving, coding best practices, and performance optimization.

Review and improve system design, code quality, and development workflows.

Provide technical direction and contribute actively to backend development using Node.js and / or Golang.

Collaborate across teams to ensure timely project delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7–10 years of hands-on software development experience.

Strong proficiency in Node.js and Golang; experience with Django is a plus.

Experience in IT Service Industry is a must.

Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams.

Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Prior startup experience is highly desirable.

Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results in an agile environment.
