As we enter our next phase of scale, we are seeking an accomplished Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to architect, lead, and accelerate our product and technology vision. This is a mission-critical role for a leader who has deep experience in enterprise SaaS, applied AI / GenAI, scalable architectures, and building high-performing engineering organisations.

Role Overview : The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record in building and scaling AI-first, SaaS, and enterprise-grade platforms. You will oversee and unify all technology functions — architecture, AI / ML innovation, engineering leadership, platform scalability, security, and product enablement — to drive TheHireHub.AI’s evolution into a globally scalable, autonomous recruitment ecosystem.

As CTO, you will play a decisive role in shaping the company’s long-term technology vision, guiding product strategy, and influencing overall business direction. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure that our AI-driven platform remains cutting-edge, reliable, and commercially scalable. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership in AI systems, engineering maturity, and technical decision-making, and will evolve into a multi-layered tech organisation as we scale globally.

This position also offers a significant pathway for equity participation , designed for leaders who bring deep expertise, long-term commitment, and the ambition to help build TheHireHub.AI into a category-defining global product.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology Vision & Leadership

  • Define and lead the end-to-end technology strategy for TheHireHub.AI, aligning engineering, AI innovation, and product architecture with long-term business goals.
  • Establish a scalable technology roadmap that accelerates our evolution into a fully autonomous, agentic AI–driven hiring ecosystem.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership in collaboration with product, growth, and business teams to ensure cohesive strategic execution.

AI, Automation & Platform Innovation

  • Architect next-generation AI systems, including agentic AI workflows, GenAI-driven automation, and intelligent decision engines across the hiring lifecycle.
  • Oversee research, development, and productionization of ML / LLM models, ensuring accuracy, reliability, compliance, and real-world scalability.
  • Drive innovation in HR-tech–focused AI agents, assessment automation, matching intelligence, and autonomous workflow engines.
  • Engineering Excellence & Product Architecture

  • Build and scale a world-class engineering organisation with strong foundations in distributed systems, platform stability, and enterprise-grade security.
  • Oversee architecture decisions across backend, frontend, data engineering, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure best-in-class engineering practices — CI / CD, observability, testing frameworks, performance optimisation, and reliability engineering.
  • Security, Compliance & Governance

  • Lead security, data governance, and privacy frameworks aligned with global enterprise standards (SOC2, GDPR, ISO, etc.).
  • Establish robust compliance protocols for AI usage, model interpretability, data handling, and ethical automation.
  • Oversee risk management, infrastructure resilience, uptime SLAs, and enterprise-readiness.
  • Product Strategy & GTM Alignment

  • Partner with the CEO and product leadership to shape long-term product strategy and roadmap.
  • Translate user and market insights into scalable platform capabilities and differentiated AI-led features.
  • Ensure engineering and AI development roadmaps support commercial scalability, go-to-market timelines, and enterprise adoption.
  • Team Leadership & Culture

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering and AI organisation with a strong culture of innovation, accountability, and technical rigor.
  • Foster an engineering culture rooted in rapid experimentation, quality-first execution, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Attract senior technical talent and build a multi-layered organisation capable of global-scale product development
  • Requirements :

    10–15+ years of senior leadership experience in technology, engineering, AI / ML, or product architecture — ideally within AI-first SaaS, HR-tech, enterprise tech, or automation platforms.

    Experience as a founder or early founding team member in a technology-led startup, with demonstrated ability to build products and teams from the ground up.

    Demonstrated ability to architect and scale complex AI-driven platforms across global markets.

    Deep expertise in GenAI, large language models, agentic AI systems, ML pipelines, and AI product deployment at scale.

    Strong command of SaaS architecture, distributed systems, cloud engineering, DevOps, and enterprise-grade security.

    Proven track record of building 0→1 and 1→N technology organisations in high-growth environments.

    Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
