Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Leader to drive delivery excellence, technical innovation, and team growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical depth with proven leadership experience to define the technology roadmap, guide architecture decisions, and foster a high-performing engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead one or more engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable products.
• Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap , ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural direction across teams and projects.
• Foster engineering best practices around code quality, reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor, coach, and review the performance of engineers to build strong, motivated teams.
• Collaborate closely with product management, design, infrastructure, and business stakeholders for effective delivery.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes and tools.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration within the team.
