Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the home-buying journey. Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing client inquiries, conducting site visits, gathering customer feedback, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience. You will also work closely with other teams to deliver customized solutions that align with the clients' needs and preferences.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage client relationships, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
Basic understanding of real estate processes or the ability to learn quickly
Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
Basic business acumen and negotiation skills are an advantage
A proactive, positive approach with a strong focus on teamwork
Familiarity with the Greater Hyderabad Area’s real estate market is preferred
