We&aposre seeking a Digital Marketing & Customer Success Coordinator who thrives in a startup environment and can seamlessly bridge our brand communication with customer experience. This role combines creative social media management (60%) with strategic customer support coordination (40%), making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and cross-functional impact.
Key Responsibilities :
Digital Marketing & Social Media (60%) :
- Create and curate engaging content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms
- Develop social media calendars aligned with product launches and market insights
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages professionally
- Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance
- Stay updated on wealth-tech and investment industry trends for relevant content
Customer Success & Support Coordination (40%) :
Review, categorize, and route customer support tickets to appropriate teamsEnsure customer inquiries are addressed within defined SLA timelinesServe as first-line triage for customer issues before escalationMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedbackGenerate weekly reports on support metrics and common customer concernsCollaborate with product and technical teams on customer-reported issuesRequired Qualifications :
Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field1-2 years experience in social media management or customer serviceExcellent written communication skills in EnglishBasic understanding of investment / financial services terminology (preferred)Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectivelyCustomer-first mindset with problem-solving orientationWhat We Offer :
