Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Enterprise Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in Retail and E-commerce. This role is ideal for a technology leader who can confidently interact with CXOs and business stakeholders while also engaging closely with engineering teams to guide solution delivery.

You will play a critical role in shaping technology direction, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring robust and scalable solutions for complex retail / e-commerce ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architectural Leadership :
• Design and own end-to-end architecture for retail applications (e.G., POS, e-commerce, inventory, CRM).
• Create and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals, technical strategy, and enterprise standards.
• Lead architecture assessments and roadmap planning.
• Ensure alignment of architecture with enterprise standards, security, and compliance requirements.
• CXO & Business Engagement :
• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives and business teams.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Present architecture and technical recommendations in a business-friendly manner.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks suitable for retail-specific challenges.
• Technical Ownership :
• Drive modernization initiatives such as cloud migration, microservices, and API-first design.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams during design, development, and implementation.
• Resolve architectural and technical challenges proactively.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional agile teams through architecture reviews, sprint planning, and technical decision-making.
