• It is a rotational shift: 6 AM - 3 PM, 2 PM - 11 PM, 10 PM - 7 AM IST

• Work Mode- Hyderabad, work from office only

Responsibilities

• Resolve production incidents in a smooth and timely manner with minimal impact to business.
• Put in controls and checks in place to monitor and smooth the functioning of production systems.
• Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised.
• Stakeholder relationships across all groups within the Bank, ensuring alignment with common objectives and fulfillment of criteria and requirements across the various businesses and units.
• Member of the development/ implementation team (including offshore) working on assigned tasks, projects, and it initiatives.
• Interacts with members and other functional teams, including members of the offshore team.
• Work with team members participating in shadowing and training activities.
• Adhere to information controls and security frameworks/ procedures, including the change and incident management process.
• Provide general administrative support to the team, including meetings, knowledge transfer, and activity reporting.
• You are expected to work in extended hours (shifts & weekends) on a need basis.
• Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
• Day-to-day delivery and support of key treasury systems/initiatives.
• Work efficiently and prioritize system enhancement/upgrades.

Mandatory Skills

• Overall 1 to 4 years of experience in Banking application L1 production support.
• First-hand experience with Unix and SQL.
• Exposure to production monitoring.
• Superior technical, analytical, and communication capabilities.
• Current on new technology, standards, protocols, and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment.
• Well-versed in digital technologies, automation, environment support, and key technology/vendor solutions.
• Exposure to capital market experience.
