Key Responsibilities :
Employee Onboarding & Orientation
- Capture all necessary information when recording an incident and communicating with employees
- Assess the needs of new hires and develop onboarding plans to meet requirements
- Orient new employees to company policies, procedures, and culture
- Ensure new hires have all necessary tools, equipment, and resources for their roles
- Develop and facilitate onboarding activities, including team-building, job training, and orientation
- Establish and maintain relationships with new hires to ensure a smooth organizational transition
Onboarding Process Management
Manage the onboarding process end-to-end, including scheduling, tracking, and reportingPrepare and present onboarding reports to senior managementTrain new hires on timesheet submission and respective tools within 24-48 hours of joiningMonitor and assess the progress of new hires to ensure satisfactory performanceProvide feedback and guidance to new hires regarding performance and development opportunitiesDocumentation & Process Improvement
Develop and maintain onboarding materials such as job descriptions, employee handbooks, and other relevant documentsManage employee records and data according to corporate policiesDevelop and update onboarding procedures and processesLiaise with other departments to ensure new hires have necessary support and resourcesIdentify areas for improvement and provide feedback for process and policy changesMonitor and report on onboarding expenses and progress against budgetRequirements :
Excellent communication skills, including active listeningCritical thinking with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyComfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts aligned with US-based clientsEnergetic and able to handle emails, chats, and phone calls efficientlyHigh attention to detail and consistent follow-throughAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt quickly to changesHigh levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential informationFamiliarity with internet browsers (Firefox / IE) and email clients (Outlook / Gmail)3-5 years of experience as an Onboarding Specialist or in a call center environment; experience with US-based clients preferredPreferred Qualifications :
Certifications : ITIL, SHRM, or equivalentSystem knowledge : ADP, ATS, Freshworks Suite, Zendesk, Service Cloud, or other ticketing systemsAny graduate with experience in HR, Customer Service, or Technical Support, preferably handling US clientsSkills Required
