We are looking for a smart, proactive IT professional with strong knowledge of HTML and hands-on experience in managing advertising agency systems, networking, and application support .

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and troubleshoot system networks, access, and software applications.
• Install and maintain Adobe Creative Suite , productivity tools, and other applications on Mac systems .
• Handle email setup, configuration, and maintenance across devices.
• Provide quick solutions for hardware, software, and connectivity issues .
• Support the digital and creative teams with tech-related tasks and web updates (HTML required) .
