Role Description

We are looking for an IT Support Executive / System Administrator to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining the firm’s digital and hardware infrastructure, ensuring seamless daily operations across all systems.

Job Description

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware on desktops and laptops.
• Manage and maintain networking and server systems (software and hardware).
• Install, configure, and update software as required.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure system reliability and security.
• Provide support for MS Office and other essential software applications.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader team.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation of IT-related processes.
