Key Responsibilities :

• Handle client inquiries and provide professional guidance on property buying, selling, and leasing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties accordingly.
• Conduct property meetings, and negotiations.
• Stay updated on market trends , available inventory, competitor movements, and pricing.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and admin teams to ensure smooth deal closures .
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client details, and transactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales / lease targets .
• Promote company projects, new launches, and investment opportunities.
• Represent the company in property exhibitions, open houses, and marketing events.
