Role Overview

We are seeking a

Corporate Lending Technical SME

(VP / SVP level) to provide strategic and technical leadership for the

FIS ACBS Lending platform implementation

as part of a multi-year, multi-market transformation program across the

Asia Pacific region .

The role demands deep expertise in

Corporate Lending systems ,

solution design , and

system integration , with proven experience in large-scale banking transformations. The Technical SME will define and oversee the technical architecture, integration strategy, and governance model to ensure seamless delivery and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership

Define and implement the technical architecture and strategy for the Corporate Lending platform (FIS ACBS).

Provide technical direction to development and integration teams, ensuring adherence to coding, design, and performance best practices.

Establish and govern technical standards for scalability, performance, and security.

Drive architectural decisions aligned with enterprise and business goals.

2. Solution Design & Integration

Lead the design, development, and integration of ACBS with the bank’s core and downstream systems.

Ensure robust system migration, maintaining data integrity and business continuity.

Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to troubleshoot and optimize integration processes.

3. Risk & Quality Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct system configuration and performance reviews to ensure stability and scalability.

Drive automation and CI / CD best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce operational risks.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Serve as the primary technical liaison among business stakeholders, internal IT, and vendor teams.

Ensure transparent communication and alignment between technology and business objectives.

Present technical progress, challenges, and risk mitigation plans to senior leadership and governance committees.

5. Continuous Improvement

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in Corporate Lending, Core Banking, and Integration platforms.

Promote reusability and knowledge sharing by documenting best practices, lessons learned, and technical standards.

Foster innovation through adoption of new tools, architectures, and automation frameworks.

Experience Requirements

15+ years of experience in IT with at least 10+ years in

Corporate Lending systems .

Proven expertise in

FIS ACBS Lending platform

– implementation, customization, and integration.

Demonstrated experience leading

large-scale, multi-market

technology transformations in the

banking or financial services

domain.

Strong knowledge of

security, regulatory, and compliance

requirements within financial platforms.

Experience managing

distributed teams

across APAC or global regions.

Education & Certifications

Education :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Certifications :

TOGAF, PMP, or other relevant technical / architecture certifications preferred.

Preferred Background

Prior experience in

Asia Pacific

banking environments is highly desirable.

Exposure to

Core Banking modernization

or

Digital Lending transformations

is advantageous.
