Hours : 3PM-11PM IST

Job Duties :

A Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant specializes in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business needs.

Gather and analyze business requirements to design and configure D365 F&O solutions.
Customize modules such as Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory , Warehouse Management and Human Resource.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality.
Provide user training, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams for seamless integration.
Document system configurations and business process flows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields; a Master’s or certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are preferred.

2–8+ years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting roles.

Finance / Retail Accounting, Pricing / Discounts, Supply Chain with considerable Hands-On experience

Experience supporting a retail environment specifically for in-store support

Strong business analysis and project management capabilities.

Proficiency in end-to-end implementation cycles (design to deployment).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently or as part of a team.

This role is vital for organizations aiming to modernize processes and optimize their ERP systems.

This position pays between 20-50 LPA depending on level of experience
