Vanvia Media (VM) : Our new-age content arm that creates cinematic brand stories, fashion campaigns, and lifestyle films for designers, hotels, and creative businesses.
We blend emotion with aesthetics — from palaces and private estates to brands and runways — wherever a story deserves to be told beautifully.
Role Overview We’re seeking a Business Development & Creative Collaborations Intern who combines structure with imagination.
This role bridges business growth, client communication, and creative partnerships across both The Movie’ing Moments and Vanvia Media.
You’ll work closely with the founder and core team to manage inbound wedding leads, drive new business opportunities, and coordinate fashion or brand shoots from concept to completion.
This is an opportunity to learn the business side of creativity — understanding how stories, strategy, and relationships come together to build a brand.
Key Responsibilities
For The Movie’ing Moments (Weddings Division) :
Manage and track daily business leads, quotations, and client queries.
Schedule meetings, maintain trackers, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with planners, influencers, and celebrity couples getting married.
Support client servicing and internal teams in project communication and delivery.
For Vanvia Media (Brands & Fashion Division) :
Identify and reach out to fashion designers, hotels, brands, and corporates for shoots and collaborations.
Draft personalized outreach messages and proposals via Instagram, LinkedIn, and email.
Maintain systematic outreach records and follow-ups using Excel / Google Sheets.
Assist with concept decks, pitches, and brand research.
Coordinate the entire shoot process — from pre-production to on-ground execution and final delivery.
Keep calendars organized and set reminders for meetings, submissions, and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For Highly organized , detail-oriented, and proactive.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working on Excel / Google Sheets, Calendars, and reminders.
Interest in weddings, fashion, lifestyle, and storytelling.
Not looking for a typical 9-to-5 — enjoys dynamic, fast-paced work.
Open to travel for shoots and events.
Social media knowledge (Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, or presentation tools) is an added advantage.
Eligibility 0–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, client servicing, or communications.
Graduate or pursuing degree in Media, Design, Marketing, PR, or Management.
Must be based in Mumbai (Work-from-Office, 6-day week).
Only immediate joiners will be considered.
Valid passport preferred.
