Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow development and hands-on JavaScript skills. The ideal candidate must have 8–13 years of total experience , including a minimum of 6 years in ServiceNow and at least 2 years of JavaScript experience . The role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform while ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Workflows, Integrations).
• Configure and implement Service Catalog , Discovery , Flow Designer , UI Policies , Client Scripts , Business Rules , and ACLs .
• Develop and enhance features using JavaScript , Glide APIs , and REST / SOAP integrations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and platform maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security compliance, and ITIL processes.
• Collaborate in Agile environments and contribute to end-to-end project delivery.
