SAP Training Consultant / Lead

For our international client, RED is currently looking for an SAP Training Lead withtstrong expertise in MDG / MDM within Direct Procurement to build and deliver a world-class training framework from the ground up.

The consultant is expected to start in Oct-Nov 2025 and for an initial 3+ months contract (Plus extensions). The project is mainly remote with occasional travel within Mumbai.

Desired skills :

• 5+ years' experience as an SAP Training Lead, SAP Enablement Lead, or SAP Change & Training Consultant.
• Strong understanding of SAP MDG / MDM in Direct Procurement .
• Proven track record in creating training materials, running workshops, and training key users .
• Experience in simplifying business processes and improving efficiency within SAP.
• Ability to build training capability from scratch (greenfield or transformation environments).
