Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant

Lead or support

end-to-end implementation

of Oracle EPM Cloud and / or Hyperion applications.

Configure, develop, and customize

EPM modules

including but not limited to Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Close.

Perform business requirement gathering, gap analysis, functional design, and system configuration.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Oracle EPM best practices.

Collaborate with technical teams on data integration and automation using EPM Integration Agent or Data Management tools.

Work directly with clients to

deliver solutions, provide support , and ensure successful adoption.

Assist in

pre-sales activities

– RFP responses, solution demos, client presentations, and proposal creation.

Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Experience :

8-14 years

of experience working with

Oracle EPM Cloud and / or Hyperion Suite .

Hands-on experience with

2–3 full-cycle implementations .

Strong functional understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Experience configuring and customizing modules like

Planning, FCCS, EPBCS, or PBCS .

Technical skills in

Smart View, Calculation Manager, Data Management, and Business Rules .

Solid understanding of

financial consolidation, chart of accounts, and GL integrations .

Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
