Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Tele-Caller (Assamese) to join our Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing Team . The ideal candidate should be fluent in Assamese and English , possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have prior experience in telecalling — preferably within the pharma industry .

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to doctors, chemists, distributors , and potential clients to promote pharmaceutical products.
• Explain product details, benefits, and usage clearly in Assamese and English .
• Maintain and regularly update the customer database with accurate and current information.
• Conduct follow-ups on leads, inquiries, and pending orders to maximize conversions.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets .
• Handle customer queries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth communication and operations.
