About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished professional to lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for eClerx’s Financial Markets vertical. The role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, technology transformation, and change management across key business functions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong PMO leadership experience, a structured approach to program governance, and a track record of delivering transformation in complex, fast-paced financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Portfolio Management
Lead the overall PMO function, ensuring governance, standardization, and visibility across all strategic initiatives.
Drive the end-to-end delivery of key projects across operations, technology, and client solutions.
Define and monitor program KPIs, risk management frameworks, and executive reporting dashboards.
Technology & Transformation
Identify and implement technology-led process improvements and automation opportunities.
Partner with Technology, Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver scalable, data-driven transformation programs.
Enable adoption of new tools, systems, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and control.
Change Management & Process Excellence
Lead organization-wide change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
Promote continuous improvement through structured project reviews, lessons learned, and process reengineering.
Strengthen project management discipline and capabilities across business teams.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate closely with senior leadership, business heads, and client partners to align PMO priorities with business objectives.
Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies through structured governance forums and executive updates.
Coach and mentor project teams to build a high-performance PMO culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
MBA / PGDM from a Tier-1 B-School (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SP Jain, etc.) is mandatory .
15+ years of total experience, with at least 8 years in PMO / Program Management leadership roles .
Strong exposure to Financial Markets (Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management, or related domains).
Proven experience managing enterprise-level transformation, technology integration, and change management programs.
PMP / Prince2 / Agile / Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
