Job description

We are hiring for a client-facing Actuarial role with one of our global clients in the Life Insurance domain. This role involves supporting life actuarial valuation, assumption review, model development, and reporting — with a strong focus on cashflow modelling using GGY AXIS .

This is an excellent opportunity for actuarial professionals with hands-on GGY AXIS experience to work on high-impact international projects and contribute to critical decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Support life actuarial valuation , cashflow modelling , and statutory reporting
Develop and maintain actuarial models in GGY AXIS
Assist in setting and reviewing assumptions and methodologies
Work directly with global clients on actuarial modelling and reporting requirements
Conduct in-depth research on product development , underwriting practices , and industry trends
Debug, optimize, and validate model results and outputs
Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver high-quality outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical insights

Experience & Qualifications :

Graduate or Postgraduate in Actuarial Science , Mathematics , Statistics , Economics , or Finance

Passed minimum 4 actuarial exams under the new curriculum

2–6 years of relevant experience in the life insurance industry

Strong working knowledge of GGY AXIS is mandatory

Proficiency in life insurance valuation , modelling , and statutory reporting

Good understanding of assumption setting , accelerated underwriting , and model building

Independent, self-driven, and capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Team-oriented mindset and adaptability to dynamic client needs
